I don't want to buy an expensive software in order to visualize it. Ideally it would be in protein database format (pdb) although I am not sure that my computer with Chem3D 7.0 can handle that much atoms.

Search the net for "The Big Picture Book of Viruses" (seriously) The aa sequences for most of the proteins are well known, eg gp120 and I used to know some bits of them by heart. Haven't used them in a long time so have now forgot.
