Only if someone before you with HIV/AIDS used the same safety pin to pierce themself.

Where would the AIDS come from? The worst that'll happen with a safety pin pierced lip is a raging infection that takes over the blood and kills you. Which, in reality, can happen if an infection goes untreated.

No, but you can get an infection if you didn't sterilize the needle. HIV is a weak virus, and you need a large amount of blood or mucus membrane exposure with an infected person. Hepatitis B is more worrysome.

yes, also hepititis. But that is only if someone else had used that needle or pircing that had hiv or hep.

only if it poked somebody that has the HIV first.

unless someone with aids used it before u did then theres no way u can get it.

No. Once it is exposed to air, HIV (virus that can lead to AIDS) only survives for a few minutes. The only way there would be any risk in your situation is if the pin had HIV infected blood on it, AND you used it IMMEDIATELY after the infected person used it. Even then, risk would have been extremely low. HIV is transmitted through unprotected sex with an infected person, sharing needles for drug use with an infected person (virus would survive longer in the airtight syringe), from mother to baby at birth, or during breastfeeding. HIV is not transmitted by saliva or by casual contact.
