I really want to do some work with Doctors without Borders and HIV/AID and TB Specialists are really needed. I am only in 10th grade and I know I have plenty of time but I am curious and want to know how I become a specialist. I am in advanced classes which people say is important esp in math and science. I googled it but all I got were ads saying "find an HIV/AIDS specialist near you"

I guess you need to go to med school. You can lend a hand if you are either a nurse or a lab technician.

You would need to go to medical school and specialize in infectious diseases, that would cover both HIV, TB, and other infection problems. To do that in college you should major in a science like biology. Good luck!

immunology would deal more with hiv/aids
