no hiv is not the same as aids...it does progress to it if it is not properly treated, The Hiv infection is spreaded through unprotected sex or any way blood is transfused like a needle, symptoms can take as long as 7 years to receive, you can tell by getting TESTED, protect yourself with safe sex and thinking

1. NO - HIV is prior to AIDS, you may or may not develop AIDS from HIV. 2. Swapping of blood/semen through open wounds or mucus membranes (eyes, genetals,, etc.) 3. Sex, dirty needles, blood transfusions (back in the day), freak accidents involving blood and bad luck 4. They may take years to show up, your immune system gets weak. 5. Get a blood test done by a doctor. 6. Use condoms, be monogomous with sex partners, know who you are sleeping with and their sexual history (as much as possible), use only sterilized needles, or none at all. 7. Am I doing your homework for you?

You get infected with HIV and it develops in later stages to AIDS. Through semen, blood transmitted from an HIV infected person to another person. A blood test will prove it you have it. Don't have unprotected sex, don't exchange fluids with others.]

1. You contract HIV (the virus) and that eventually turns into AIDS which is a condition. 2. Sexual intercourse including oral can cause it 3. From sex like in 2. 4. Reduced white blood cell count and other things related to a weakened immune system except these symptoms wont show up until it turns to aid. 5. go get checked at the doctor 6. use a condom everytime you have sex

no it is not the same it is one is just a virus that has no effect reall on the body th othe is aquired hince the A which means it is doing what it does and breaking down the immune system I dont know what causes it but you get it from blood, semen, vaginal fluid, anal fluid( I think) and breast milk Any way you might come in cotact with theses fluids ids a way to contract it there are no spytoms of hiv , well they say slight flu symptoms but you would never know and sometimes people have hiv for like 20 years before it becomes aids get tested dont come in contact with these fluids, well no straight contact, condoms gloves stuff like that

transfer of blood, semen or saliva (litres of saliva). Aids is fully blown, HIV is just the virus that you can carry with no symptoms. Blood tests are the only way to ttell if you have HIV. Leisions on the skin is the easiest way to tell you have AIDS Practice safe sex. (wear a condom, or get your partner(s) to all wer condoms. Dont share needles if you are injecting drugs Sorry they are not in order

HIV can lead to AIDS but is not the same based on T-cell count most of the time having sex or sharing needles with someone HIV+ unprotected sex or sharing needles there usually aren't any go get a test, it's the only way to know. use condoms for sex, only have sex with 1 partner both testing negative. no sex at all

HIV is the virus that is transmitted initially. AIDS is not a virus it is what happens after your immune system has broken down to a weak state. Over 90% of people get HIV from sexual intercourse penile-vagina or anal. Although oral sex is a theoretical risk there are no documented cases to date from oral sex, dirty needles. Remember if your sexually active get tested for all std's regularly and use condoms correctly this may sound elementary but most anyone that has contracted HIV from protected sex was because protection was not used correctly. Symptoms could be none at all til years later or you could getting the flu, oral thrush, enlarged lymph nodes, night sweats. For more research the following links might be helpful

NO HIV is NOT the same as AIDs! You have AIDs when your CD4's fall below 200,or,you get 3 oportunistic infections's at the same time.ie,amonia,thrush,ect..If your CD4's R above the 200 level then your considered HIV+.Normal CD4 levels range from 600-1,200 for ave human.2&3)HIV is caused by blood on blood transfer-ie...IDU drug use(sharing needles),blood transfusion,UNSAFE SEX with a HIV+ person,Mother to baby transmission during birth.4)Flu like symptom's,night sweats, rapid weight loss,fatigue.5).Although these are usually shortlived this is Y so many peoples miss these signs= ie...think they have a cold!Get Tested is the ONLY WAY to be sure you are HIV+,or NOT HIV+!6)Safe Sex WITH A CONDOM,NO sharing of needles or cookers,NO Breast milk from an HIV+ female!!!GET TESTED TODAY!!!50-75% of all new infections are spread by those who do NOT know their HIV+ status!!!get educated-get tested!!!
