Can you get HIV/AIDS if someone stabbed you with a needle?
I was watching the television news one day and I heard that there are people out there who carry their HIV/AIDS positive blood in needles and walk around the street. They will find someone to rob and if that person won't give the wallet they will tell them that they can give the person HIV/AIDS by stabbing them with this needle. This is ridiculous... Can this actually pass the virus because they're a lot of crazy people out there today.

If there is blood in the needle that contains the virus then yes it is possible.

Yeah, if the needle has the virus on it, as if it were stabbed by a previous person with HIV/AIDS. And Yes theres alot of crazy ppl out there and some of them are crazy enough to stab somebody to give them AIDS/HIV.

yes it's possible. if the needle carries infected blood and it gets into you. but it's also spread through other stuff like breast milk, vaginal fluids and semen...so be careful

If the needle was used by them and still contains any of their blood, yes. But somehow I really doubt the streets are wild with people doing this. Why does this sound like some story made up to make the public think people with AIDS are evil? Or that this did happen ONCE, and it's been blown out of proportion to scare people?
