Its difficult to get it orally anyway even without a condom but no fluid transfer means zero risk. So the answer is extremely slim.
2 :
pretty much zero to one when wearing a condom, but i wouldnt chance it, especially if the person has hiv, cause condoms can break
3 :
Pretty safe, however life doesn't come with any guarantees.

Well you can get it from kissing if the person has an open sore or cut in thier mouth. Umm.. if you have oral sex either that person doing to you or you doing it to them.. if there is any kinda sore somewhere then you could get it.

Think about what you are getting from performing this very risky act. Love, respect, honor or money. If it's money then the risk is higher than the reward. I have a neighbor that insists that he cannot spread Hep C to the neighbors he is wife swaping with,,, lol Because his Hep C is dormant, wrong, he is still infectous. Rubbers are not 100% preventitive in passing disease to anyone during any sex act.
6 :
3% of getting STD when using a condom.

WHAT?
