If you are circumsized will you have less chance of contracting HIV/AIDS

If you are circumsized will you have less chance of contracting HIV/AIDS?
Is it true that if you are not circumsized you have MUCH higher chance of contracting HIV AIDS? Some one told me this is true, but surely if you are having unprotected sex (whether snipped or not), you have an increased chance of contraction. This seems like a totally stupid argument that being circumsized is going to prevent infection.

there is a risk reduction but not enough to take chances

It is true that you are less likely to contract AIDS and other STD's if you are circumcised while not wearing a condom. The risk also applies to men wearing a condom who are circumcised. That is to say the risk is even less if you wear a condom and you are circumcised verses non circumcised.
