Is this a form castigate from the creator to those people who love to do wrong/immoral?

I think it was created as you say..but it was spread by ignorance and lack of funding for many many years during the Regan administration, it was believed to be a disease of gays only.. it took about 17 years to learn it was blood born and transmittable thru blood sources.. and more.. sexually..

No I don't. I don't believe it was created. It is a virus and it evolved into what it is. It hasn't done much to eliminate any sexual activity - nothing ever seems to.

I don't think someone invented HIV to eliminate people who are into immoral sexual acts. Provided that Edward Hooper's hypothesis is true, AIDS virus was invented by scientists unintentionally. Also, IMO, it's quite ridiculous to believe someone would just say "Hey, let's make certain virus in the lab then inject the monkeys of Africa so the natives will get infected eating monkey meat. In that way, people from other nations who tries to F all the natives will get infected then get back to their own country and spread more virus that will slay all their people."

NO! It's preposterous to even think that. Not even the military of the free world would ever intentionally create such a killer disease.

No I do not. However you should check out what some scientist were doing in Africa just before everything started. I will not say any more on this.
