A virus you cannot see that is harbored in the "Body" fluids, what deter mains "body fluids" Pre sexual fluids, mucus from the mouth, a cut you forgot. It goes on and on and, are you so sure you didn't get any fluids on the sore you had ? If you want to take that chance with death, go for it.

Not usually. Condoms are pretty good at protecting from HIV. I guess theres always that chance though.

If the condom broke, definitely. There's about a 10% chance with normal use that HIV can be transmitted when wearing a condom, IF the prostitute was infected. Now, she probably wasn't, but she could be, so while the chances are low, it's still a good idea to go get tested for HIV.
