If you see in India also. The rate among the poor undereducated people is soaring... We need to continue to push for education on the issue of AIDS.

AIDS patients need extra nutrition and money in order to deal with their disease. As a volunteer for Heifer International, I'm familiar with their reasons for making assistance to mothers with HIV/AIDS one of their special intitiatives. Heifer provides goats to mothers with HIV/AIDS to provide them with milk for extra protein to strengthen their immune systems and to sell for extra cash to pay for medication and transportation to AIDS clinics. This helps them extend their lives and take care of their children: hopefully leaving fewer orphans.
