Are you saying it should be perfectly legal to infect someone with HIV without telling them first? Literally, it's gradual murder. And most people don't have enough money to pay for all the drugs you need for prolonged life

No, having a disease is no crime and not sufficient cause to remove anyone from the US. Also, HIV/AIDS can be controlled remarkably well nowadays in countries like the US.
