If your infected with HIV/Aids If you get some Symptoms do you have to get all of them?
To clarify if you got swollen tonsils does that mean your going to get swollen lymph nodes as well as some of the other symptoms?

no. people only get some of the symptoms, or very few of the symptoms, or most of them. depends on the person. everyone's different. some people dont get any symptoms at all.
