How would you translate "HIV/AIDS" into Latin

How would you translate "HIV/AIDS" into Latin?
Considering the disease didn't show up until the 20th century, it wouldn't be in a classical dictionary. I'd be interested in a scientific Latin name, but even more interested in something new and creative.

AIDS, according to the 1992 'Lexicon recentis Latinitatis' dictionary would be SCDI: Syndromis Comparatis Defectu Immunitatis [1]. S. Albert however calls it SIDA: Syndroma Immunodefectus Acquisiti [2]. HIV, according to Vicipaedia could be called VIDH: Virus Immunitarii Defectus Humanae [3].
