If it is a know n fact and he or she was told by a doctor their prognosis. than there could be some legal ramifications on your part. This is an Axia course question for the weeks assignment. This is cheating. Not to mention I live in Texas also and have to answer this question. The answer that was first given is incorrect for this state. do some research. You'll find more to it then just it being a law to tell your partner.
