There is a very high possibility, becuase certain fluids can come from the genatils, without ejaculation Including premature ejaculate fluids, which are known to carry diseases, and sometimes low sperm count, just like ejaculatory fluid does. My reccomendation would be to get tested there is a test i believe most pharmacies sell that is a gum swab, to check for hiv/aids, i would look into it if i were you
