All the evil in the world couldn't create either of these. So, what is the point of saying suffering in this world came from humans when it actually came from God-invented things?

Yes it is becasue if it wasn't from human evil we would still be living in the garden and none of that would exist, not even death would exist.

Your philosophy to blame God for everything you do not understand is very limited by our own understanding. In other words it is non existent to higher understandings therefore not logical.

Agreed -- but both are encouraged by human evil. AIDS has principally been a sexually transmitted disease -- and wouldn't ever likely have survived if humans we're not sinful in their sexual practices. Cancer is promoted many times by lifestyle are harmful -- especially smoking -- and if people treated their bodies (God's gift of bodies) better, cancer might be less frequent. Yes, God created all living things (and all non-living things) including the AIDS virus, and carcinogenic chemicals. He does not intend for us to misuse our bodies by promiscuity or by ingesting harmful chemicals.
