I just saw a commercial saying that 1 in every 3 Asians don't know they have HIV I remember them making a big deal about black people having it, so I know how people get HIV, but how did it turn to asians? I tried to word this as nicely as I could so people could understand that I'm not being mean.

How else can you explain how HIV made the quantum leap from impoverished nations in Africa to the most expensive (and most gay) city in the United States, San Francisco? Its because of people and their secret sexual practises. AIDS as an illness originated in Africa, but it was Westerners who spread the disease across the globe and infected millions of people worldwide.
