Why would so many people of the world with HIV / AIDS want to come America anyway?
Considering our healthcare system is so bad. Can what the liberals say about our healtcare be true? It seems to be the opposite. We have the best of everything in the world. That is why so many billion people would love to come here.

what makes you think they do? just because obama lifted the ban doesn't mean that they are beating the doors down.

I don't think it's the very best. I think there are many loopholes that allow them to have access to it. Access that those people probably don't have in places like Africa. Besides, bush started the process to lift the ban, it was already in the works by the time Obama came.

Because most people with AIDS outside of the Western World live in Africa and other places, and could have access to better healthcare,while not perfect is it better than anything you could get in a developing area.

The figures you see about the U.S. being behind some of the socialized medicine countries has little to do with the actual quality of health care a person can receive here, so don't get bent out of shape. Our technology and specialists are the best in the world. Costly, yes, there is no question about that. But quality costs money.
