If someone with HIV/AIDS shaves, gets some blood on the razor and forgets to wash it off, how long does the HIV/AIDS remain in the blood?

until the blood dries. HIV is a weeny virus, and dies very quickly in open air. -me

HIV is an incredibly fragile virus, so it dies almost immediately once it is outside the body. That being said, good hygiene dictates that personal items such as disposable razors should not be shared. For non-disposable razors, standard antiseptic procedures such as immersing the blade in alcohol should be followed regardless of the previous user's health.
